San Diego’s North County is now home to Lady Lasagna, an Italian fast food restaurant which offers a multi-regional selection of healthy and "original recipe" lasagna dishes as well as homemade fresh fettuccine pasta, fresh sauces, classic Italian Entrees, delicious sandwiches, and fresh salads. The restaurant sites, opened in January 2010 in the North County Fair Mall food court and Scripps Ranch Marketplace, are Lady Lasagna’s first locations.

Lady Lasagna’s simple concept is to make authentic Italian Lasagna with a twist on the basic dish. Using olive oil, imported directly from Italy, and the best Mozzarella cheese on the market, Italian chefs prepare everything from scratch, starting with the homemade pasta sheets and the light Béchamel sauce, to all of the special sauces that make each of the ten types of lasagna a diner’s delight. With two locations in San Diego’s North County, a fresh new concept, and the finest ingredients Italy has to offer, Lady Lasagna beckons patrons to experience its unmatched variety of a classic Italian dishes.
